Held on the fourth Saturday of every month. The tournament is a 3-round USCF rated event. Players will be grouped in 8 as best as possible based on most updated rating. Pairings will be in Swiss format.
What: USCF-Rated tournament with 3 rounds
When: Fourth Saturday
of every month. Rds @ 11:30 am, 3:30 pm, and 7:30 pm
Where: ChessPalace facility
Time Control: 30/90 sd/30 (30 moves in 90 minutes, then sudden death 30 minutes)
Entry Fee: $22 regular, $15 CP members
Prizes: Guaranteed for each ocho group; 1st $70, 2nd $25 CP gift certificate
