ChessPalace personnel have final discretion over the website. If you wish to have your picture removed from the site, please notify us through the Contact Us page.

Online Store Policy

Prices and description are subeject to change without notice. Shipping and handling costs are included in the product prices already. Returns and exchange are accepted within 7 days of product deliver only to sealed items kept in its original condition received. Return shipping must be covered by the buyer and a 20% restocking and shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. No returns on opened products, DVDs and softwares, and apparels.

Club Policy

ChessPalace reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. ChessPalace management or personnel have the final say in all decisions in, but not limited to, tournaments, product prices, and classes.
