(LESS THAN 2 MILES from all Major Freeways: 405, 605, 22, and 91.)

Chess Palace is located one mile east of the 605 freeway on the south side of Katella in the same shopping center at a 7-11 store.

+ From 605, exit Katella.
+ From 22, exit Seal Beach Blvd north. Drive about 1-1/2 miles. Turn right on Katella.From 405 northbound, take the 605 north, exit Katella.
+ From 405 southbound exit on Seal Beach Blvd north. Drive about 2 miles. Seal Beach Blvd becomes Los Alamitos Blvd. Turn right on Katella
